Rental Policies

Additional Drivers: Additional drivers are allowed as long as they meet the same requirements of the primary renter. There is no charge for additional drivers.

After Hours: If you need a vehicle pick up or drop off after hours just let us know. We are happy to accommodate you in every way we are able.

Age:You must be 25 years of age to rent a vehicle from BigSexy Car Rentals.

Airport Pick Up / Drop Off: We are happy to accommodate your pick up and drop off at the Beef island Airport for an additional fee of $60 each trip.

Business Hours: 6am-10pm every day. Please contact us at (284) 544-9141 for late or early pick up or drop off, we are here to ensure your positive experience.

BVI Driving Permits: You are not required to obtain a driving permit in the BVI as long as you are staying for under three months. If you plan to stay longer, you will need to obtain a drivers license from the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Cancellation:If you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, we understand. There will be a cancellation fee of one days rental fee charged for all cancellations made within 48 hours of the time of pick up.

Child Car Seats: We have child car seats as well as booster seats available - please ask!

Currency: All prices shown here are in US Dollars and all fees must be paid in US Dollars.

Driver's License: All drivers must present a valid drivers license.

Extension of Rental: Requests for extension of the hire should be made 24 hours ahead of the return date, while we make every effort to allow extensions they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Ferry Pick Up / Drop Off: We will always pick you up and drop you off at the West End Ferry Terminal at no charge. We are also happy to pick you up or drop you off at the Road Town Ferry Terminal for a $30 charge.

Gas: All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when they were picked up. If the vehicle is not returned with as much fuel, a fuel surcharge will be added to your bill at the current rate of fuel + 20%.

License Requirements: Drivers must be over 25 and under 80 years old. Each driver must have held a valid driving licence for at least two years – this licence must be produced at the time of delivery of the vehicle, this is necessary for repeat clients as well as first time clients.

Mileage: All BigSexy Rental vehicles come with unlimited miles.

Payment: We accept Cash (US Dollars), VISA, and MasterCard.

Rates: Our rates may vary from season to season. Vehicle hire works on a 24 hour basis – e.g. if you hire a vehicle at 11 a.m. and return it at 11 a.m. the next day, this would be considered a one day rental. Extra charges will be applied if the vehicle is returned late.

Security Deposit: There is a $1000 security deposit charged for each rental when the vehicle is collected. This amount is returned to the credit card it was charged to when the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was collected.

Smoking: We do not allow smoking in any of our vehicles. If this policy is violated a $500 cleaning fee will apply.
